Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. The product you see in the pictures is the exact design you’ll receive. We take care to photograph our cages and stands just as they are, so there are no surprises. The only difference might be a slight variation in lighting or screen display, but the product itself will be the same. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll automatically receive a sales receipt by email. You can also log into your CozyWings account at any time to view or download your receipts under the Orders section.

How can I return an item?

If you ever need to return a product, just contact us within the return period and our team will guide you through the process. We’ll share simple instructions and help arrange the pickup or drop-off, depending on what works best for you. The item should be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most of our popular cages and stands are regularly restocked. If something you love is sold out, it usually means new stock is already on the way. You can also join our waitlist or contact us, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across the UAE. Whether you’re in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or another emirate, your CozyWings order can be delivered right to your doorstep.
